This rug was supposed to be black and cream and instead it is dark gray and light gray. It does not go with anything I have so therefore I am returning it. I am very unhappy with this purchase.

I have had a completely different experience. When ordering the rug, it tells you that shipping takes quite some time, as it comes direct from the supplier. However, I ordered my rug on the 22nd of Aug. and it was delivered today, the 26th of Aug. The order status online says it hasn't shipped and isn't due to ship till the first week in September. It could be that different colors and sizes are more readily available than others. Needless to say, I am pleased. As for the color, I ordered yellow, and I have to tell you - this is not yellow. It's more chartreuse - a yellow chartreuse - yellow and green for sure. I imagine none of the colors are as they are shown on here. It works for me though and I think the quality is quite good for a rug in this price range. Overall, I am very happy.

Although I am a long time Country Door customer and fan, this particular purchase has been a disappointing experience for me. There have been EXTENDED delays in delivery. I have only received 1 out of the 3 rugs I ordered months ago and am very concerned that the colors are unlikely to match since they will definitely be different lot numbers. and very obviously have not been examined by someone as a whole purchase, prior to shipping. Frankly, I wish I had sent the first one back months ago and cancelled the order. As always, your sales staff has been very courteous in our interactions, but my overall satisfaction, in this instance, is pretty much zero.

For $149 this is not a quality rug and when I ordered black, the color way actually gray. I returned it.
