Don't let the picture fool you, it's not nearly as thick as the pictures lends it to be. Very comfortable though, I purchased the down version, maybe the picture is of the polyester filled?

I purchased this to refresh our old mattress and make sleeping on it a little more bearable, what a difference it made, I look forward to getting in to bed now! I only wish it has side straps to hold it in place, it does tend to migrate a bit.
