1 box white cake mix
1 box blackberry or black raspberry gelatin
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. blackberry wine
Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix together the cake mix and gelatin. Add eggs and oil. Mix well. Then add wine and mix well. Bake for 45-60 minutes.
Variations: May frost with cream cheese frosting or put glaze on cake when done. You may also add fresh blackberries in the middle of the cake when done and top with Cool Whip ®
to add a decorative touch.
