Christmas Eve Chili

1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
1 Tbsp. creole seasoning
Salt & pepper (to taste)
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 15-oz. can tomatoes, stewed
1 good glug catsup
2 Tbsp. chili powder with cumin
1 10-oz. can tomato soup
1 16-oz. can chili, any brand
1 15-oz. can tomatoes, chili seasoned
1 16-oz. can chili beans, undrained
1 15-oz. can pork and beans, rinsed
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix
1 1/2 cup tomato juice

Brown the ground beef and the sausage sprinkled with salt, pepper and creole seasoning. Puree the onion, stewed tomatoes, catsup and chili powder in a food processor. Pour the contents over the drained meat; add the tomato soup and chili tomatoes, beans, chili mix and tomato juice. Bring the entire mixture to a boil; then, simmer for 1 hour on low heat without a lid. Add water to provide the consistency desired.
