Cranberry Slush Punch

Cranberry Slush Punch

3 cans (8-oz. each) jellied cranberry sauce
2 cans (12-oz. each) lemonade concentrate
1 can (12-oz.) cranberry-apple juice concentrate
4 cups water
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground allspice
12 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled

In a bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, concentrates, water, cinnamon and allspice. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the freezer 45 minutes before serving. For each serving, combine 1/2 cup slush mixture with 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda. Makes 24 servings (1 cup each).

Helpful hints: Pour lemon-lime soda in the punch bowl over the frozen cranberry mixture & serve. Also we found that, if you mixed the spices with the cranberry sauce first, it mixes better.

  • Excellent - your guests will LOVE

  • I made this last Thanksgiving and my guests went wild over it!!!! My only suggestion is that you really, really, really do need to 'melt' the cranberry jelly sauce on the stove (or microwave) otherwise it will remain lumpy. Looking forward to making it again this year.
