Garlic and Oil Pasta

6 or 8 cloves garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
Pepper flakes, a pinch

Cook the pasta (al dente); after cooking, drain, but reserve 1/4 of the water. Fry garlic in the olive oil and add the pepper. Combine with the reserve water and add the garlic. Enjoy.
