Japanese Fruit Pizza

1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. dates, chopped
1/2 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar

Mix all the ingredients together well and pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° F for 45-50 minutes or until lightly tan.
