Joyce's Corn Pudding

7-oz. can corn meal
1 can white corn
1 can yellow cream corn
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. melted butter
Cheddar cheese/pepper jack, optional

Preheat oven to 375° F. Mix together all of the ingredients in a soufflé dish. Grate the cheese over the top and bake for 35 minutes. Serve warm.
