Very pretty, not very well made, much smaller than expected. Would not have paid this much for this item. Not very functional, only fits rather small paperbacks. Mostly being used for knick knacks, which doesnt work very well because they arent really seen while in this cabinet. Would be a great item for someone with alot of paperback books

do not buy

The doors do not fit, it was very hard to assemble, and of course after all the assembly, I found out the doors do not fit, they are to short, also, only very small books will fit. They offered me a 25 % refund or a return shipping label, but how was I going to find a box to put it in? It was already together with wood glue

The media cabinet is pretty, but had to build it piece by piece. Could have bought something nicer from IKEA if I'd know it had to be completely constructed. Not as big as pictured either. But....it is very pretty and I've had a lot of compliments.

supposedly this should hold CDS/DVDS..however if you put DVDS..the doors won't slide..and also in the middle of the bookcase you can't even reach the items on the shelf...the permanent shelf is a pain..as the other shelves when moved to accomodate things..make that one..insignificant..very disappointed!
