The pan did not come with any instructions. If you cook an omelet in one side of the pan, you have to flip it just exactly right or the uncooked egg runs out all over the stovetop. The metal pan is thin and discolors if the burner is turned past medium low. I had hoped for a better quality product. And instructions, suggestions, recipes, etc. would definitely have helped but there were none included.
