I have a great recipe given to me by my Mother.

6 pork cutlets

4 medium potatoes
Golden mushroom soup
Dry onion soup
Flour
Eggs

Melt shortening in hot skillet. Beat eggs — dip each cutlet in eggs then salt and dip into dish of flour. Place in hot skillet and just brown on each side. Remove from skillet and place into 9" x 13" pan. Peel potatoes, cut into pieces and lay on cutlets. Pour golden mushroom soup over mixture with 1 soup can of water. Shake dry onion soup over entire mixture and cover with foil. Bake about 1 1/2 hours at 350° F.

  • GREAT & SUPER EASY

  • This receipe is sooo easy and it tastes great. Just throw together and forget it. I made a slight change to it...Im not good at sprinkling anything evenly, so I mixed the onion soup mix in with the golden soup and water and poured it over all at one time. At first I thought the pork cutlettes were too thick and wouldnt come out tender but I was wrong...You could cut them with just a fork. Must try, you will LOVE it.

  • Delicious, moist and tender

  • The whole family enjoyed it. I'd add more potatoes, though.
