2 c. cranapple juice or you can use cranberry-raspberry
1 c. orange juice
1 banana, diced
1 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 c. ice

Put the first five ingredients in the blender, mix until frothy, and then add ice. Serve immediately.
