Annette's Pepperoni Bread

1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
2 sticks (sliced thin) or 1/2-lb. slicing pepperoni (deli counter)
1 brick of mozzarella or 1/2-lb. mozzarella (deli counter)
Olive oil

Preheat oven to 350° F. Roll out the dough (not too thin). Place the dough on a cookie sheet and then place pepperoni and mozzarella on top. Roll dough with pepperoni & cheese and pinch the seam together. Brush with a little olive oil. Bake 20 minutes or until dough is golden. When cooled, slice on a diagonal.

  • its not to bad at all! but it does need a few changes i seasoned the dough after it was prepared.. with some rileys all purpose and other seasoning and got some marinaria sauce for dipping after it was ready.. also you can use sausage with the pep, or instead of.
