Wonderful Cinnamon Rolls
1 box yellow cake mix
5 c. flour
2 packets dry yeast
2 1/2 c. warm water
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Topping:
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. brown sugar
Mix cake mix, flour, yeast, add water, and stir well. Let rise to double in size. While dough is rising, place in small saucepan 1/2 cup margarine & brown sugar, on medium heat stirring so not to burn, bring to boil, pour into 2 9" x 13" pans, you will be placing rolls on top of this mixture. Divide dough in half; roll out flat on lightly floured surface so not to stick about 1/2-inch thick. Spread with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, roll up and cut 1-inch thick. Then roll out other half and do the same as first half, cover with clean damp towel, let rise till double in size. Bake 375° F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
