Quick and Easy Chocolate Fudge

2 12-oz. bags of chocolate chips
1 can Eagle brand^® milk
Walnuts, optional

Melt chips in the microwave. Add milk and walnuts. Pour in the pan and let cool. You can make this with peanut butter chips also.

I make several batches (plain, nuts, coconut, coconuts/nuts) label and freeze them. Then at the holidays I cut them up, wrap them in clear cellophane and a ribbon to give as gifts to friends. If the fudge is too sticky, then try using 1 11oz. & 1/2 package of chol. chips.(Approximately 16 oz.chol. chips) Follow the recipe and then put it in the frige for at least 2 hrs. You can also add nuts and miniture marshmellows and make "rocky road". Good luck.
