Country Egg Supper

8 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped, cooked ham
1/2 c. shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese
Pinch of salt
Dash of pepper

Mix eggs and milk with a fork, stirring thoroughly. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Pour egg mixture into skillet, cook until eggs are thickened, but still moist, 3-5 minutes. Fold ham into eggs and top with cheese. Serve over buttered toast. Serves 4.
