2-lbs. ground beef
1 6-oz. pkg. dry stuffing mix, sourdough or chicken flavor
1 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup barbecue sauce, divided in half

Mix all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the barbecue sauce.
Shape meat mixture into 2 oval loaves, side by side, in 13" x 9" baking dish. Top with remaining 1/4 cup barbecue sauce. Bake at 375° F for 35 minutes or until the center is no longer pink.

I made this, and it was excellent! I served it to a crowd, and they loved it. I made a couple modifications, though. I combined the two lbs. in one loaf pan, and I substituted 3/4 cup chili sauce for the water, and 1/4 cup on the top. You want to also use ground beef with a little fat. If it's too lean, it doesn't make very tasty meatloaf. Drain the fat before serving.

I made this for supper and it was absolutely gross and I followed the recipe step by step.all the other recipes, are really good but I won't make this again.
