Meatloaf

1 1/2-lbs. ground beef
1/2-lb. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4-lb. shredded mild cheddar

Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix all ingredients well. Press into a loaf pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.

10 minutes before meatloaf is finished, add a topping made of:
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Serves 8.
