Spoon hot pumpkin mixture into hot jars filling 1/4 inch from the top. Remove air bubble, wipe jar rims. Cover at once with metal lids, and screw on bands. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

  • Yield not clear

  • Since it was put into jars it should state how many cups it yields. I didn't make this yet but will try it soon.

  • Somethig Missing???

  • How can I make this recipe and give it a proper rating if the Apple Juice is missing from the list of ingredients?? No wonder you don't have any ratings at all! You cannot make this Pumpkin Butter without the proper list of ingredients. Also, "40 Servings" does not tell us how big a serving size is. Please learn how to write a proper recipe!!
