Patricia's Grape Salad

8-oz. sour cream
8-oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3-lbs. whole, red, seedless grapes, washed

Let the cream cheese soften a little then mix together the sour cream, cream cheese and sugar with a hand mixer. Put into 9" x 13" dish. Stir in seedless grapes.

Sprinkle over top:
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar

Salad may be completely assembled and served the same day or the first part of recipe may be made the day before. On the second day, at least an hour before serving, add the brown sugar and pecans. If brown sugar is added the day before the brown sugar will melt into the salad. It tastes okay but the salad will be thin and a little runny. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
