Christmas Toffee Bark

1 sleeve saltines
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 12-oz pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
1 8-oz. pkg. English toffee bits

Preheat oven to 350° F. Place the crackers in one layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet with 3 overlapping sides. Melt the butter and brown sugar in a medium saucepan. Cook for 3-4 minutes stirring constantly until bubbly. Pour the mixture over the crackers; spread evenly. Bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the chocolate chips. When they start to melt, put it back in the oven for 2-3 more minutes. Remove and spread evenly over entire layer of crackers. Sprinkle the entire package of Heath pieces on top. Cool and refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator and crack into small pieces.

Great for Christmas gifts; just wrap in holiday boxes and/or tins.
