Corn Souffle

2 cans cream corn
1 c. baking mix
2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 small cans evaporated milk

Whip eggs together, then add the sugar and baking mix, mix together with wire whip until smooth. Add evaporated milk and corn. Mix together well. Pour into a 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake in oven for 1 hour at 350° F.
