Cranberry-Orange Nut Bread

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2tsp.baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Grated rind and juice of one orange and enough water to equal 3/4cup liquid
2 c. raw cranberries

Stir the dry ingredients together and set aside. Stir all the wet ingredients together, and add to the dry ingredients. Stir in the nuts by hand. Add the cranberries carefully by folding into a batter. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350° F for 55-60 minutes. Makes 2 lbs.
