Holiday Rum Balls

3 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. good RUM
1/4 c. light corn syrup

Mix the crushed wafers, powdered sugar, pecans and cocoa; stir in the rum and corn syrup. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in the powdered sugar. Cover tightly in a plastic container and refrigerate for 3 days. Enjoy!
