Bought this as a gift for a person in their 60's not a kid. Worked for a little then one side of the wheels quit woking and the other side of the propeller quit working.

Bought this item the middle of July 2012. Followed the instruction manual. Used it twice in our swiming pool. Now only one propulsion jet works in the water and only one set of wheels work on land. The only thing that really works is the water cannon.

We love it & it is worth it's money. We played with it for hours in our swimming pool then took it to a local public pond and played with it. Just advice if you play with it in a pond, river, lake large area of water you may want to attach a long stable strong string/rope to pull it back to you in case you play so long as we did and run the battery down, Thanks to the ducks in the pond flapping thier wings & making waves helped us retrieve it once they sent it floating towards shore LOL. You should buy this because your never to old to have fun with this and it goes great on dry ground but the water is best place to enjoy.
