Shepherd's Pie

3 lbs. potatoes, mashed and set aside
2 lbs. chopped beef
1 small onion
1 small can baby peas
1 small can carrots, diced
1 medium can sweet corn
1 jar brown gravy or au jus gravy

Sauté meat in a pan; grate the onion into the meat When all the meat is browned, add all the cans of veggies. Mix ingredients and cook together for about 5-6 minutes. Add gravy. In a large sauté pan, spoon in all the meat and veggie mix, then spoon all potatoes on top. Place a few butter pats around on the potatoes and lightly sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top. Bake in oven for 15 minutes and serve.
