Soup-er Easy Scalloped Potatoes

 

6-8 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
2 cans cheddar cheese soup
1 Tbsp butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter in a 13" x 9" in baking dish Spread potatoes in pan, cover with soup and seasonings Bake at 375°  F for 30-45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
