Had to return-defective

Chairs were defective. The legs couldn't be tightened to the seats without pulling the threaded insert out of the frame while tightening lock washer to secure legs. Terrible product.

love the chair, but the legs did not fit right and not sturdy. have been fixing them ever since i bought them. should have returned. but that would have been more of a hassle, besides i had glue on the screws. not worth 200.00

A Great Find

The first box I opened had no directions and a defective seat cushion, but when I opened the other two boxes they had directions and were easy to follow and I put them together with ease. All together I ordered 6 chairs and I love them. They are pretty to look at and comfortable to sit on. I am still waiting for the replacement for the defective seat cushion.

I chose the "chocolate" color Hillary Parsons chairs. They compliment the cooper coin walls and ivory color table in my dinning room. I'm very happy w/my new chairs. I recommend interior decorators to buy these chairs.
