Heavy-duty cast iron definitely has a delicate side. Here are a few tips for keeping your cast iron cookware in good shape.

Never soak in hot, soapy water. To clean after use, wipe the cast iron pan with a barely damp, soapy cloth and rinse with clear water. Dry thoroughly with paper towels.

Season the pan when needed (our cast iron is pre-seasoned and ready to use) by wiping the pan with a paper towel dipped in vegetable oil. “Bake” it in a 350° F oven for 30 minutes.
