Very happy in the end..
I had ordered two of these racks and both boxes were missing items. I was one pole short in each box, and I didn’t have the liner shelves that the shoes go on. But Country Door fixed it and everything was fine in the end. Easy to assemble and looks nice. When I saw the parts I wasn’t sure it would be sturdy but after I put it together it is.

How Many pairs of shoes does it hold
Hello Lynne,
It would depend on how big the shoes are, for example hiking boots vs little sandels. The main issue is weight. Each shelf holds 5.5 pounds.
