For us this is perfect. We placed it right in front of the opening for our fireplace. Even with regular cleaning our fireplace always caused a lot of smoke in the house this one does not and it is very relaxing. We love it.

To small and no remote
I wanted this so bad. It's so small and it did not come with a remote. I think I will send this back and see if I can order a bigger one.

Not the size i thought it would be but i found use for it , the heat pops off after a while after being on, have to turn the unit off then on again for the heat to come back on

Not worth the price that it is.
this is a nice fireplace for what it is but, it's not worth what they are asking for it, i thought it would be bigger than it actually is, the picture makes it look bigger than actual size.

The three sided fireplace shows a picture of the controls, is that a remote or are those just the controls on the unit?
There is a remote..its awesome we live in Florida so the heater isnt needed but the beautiful flame options make a cozy day at home enjoyable
