How do I order the stand to keep it upright?
I have been unable to use this because I have the umbrella and the pole but could not locate the actual stand to put the umbrella pole in. When I re-read the instructions they only list the umbrella and the pole. Is there a stand that needs to be ordered separately?

Fades quickly in sunny area
I bought the blue to shade a very sunny area on my deck so we could enjoy eating at our outside table. It didn't take very long, a couple of months, to lose its color. Now its a washed out blue. Not vibrant anymore. Looks as faded as my old one that lasted 10 yrs., Not from this seller or umbrella. Very disappointed.

Ordered blue but got burgandy
I was very disappointed when I received the umbrella and realized I didn't get blue. I was so excited about the color and then what a let down! Other than that it was easy to assemble has a crank and does have a tilt. It's a very nice umbrella otherwise.

On the outdoor umbrellas, what needs to be assembles, the rods or the complete canopy?
Hello Pat,
The umbrella top mast, consisting of the steel pole, steel ribs, inner nylon cords, fabric and hand crank, arrive as one unit. The base pole must be inserted and secured to the pole in the top mast. We hope this information is helpful.
