I ordered what he wears 10.5 and they were way tight. Order a 1/2 size bigger unless you have skinny width

Would it be possible to wear these with a suit?
I wouldn't suggest them being worn for a black tie/formal occasion. However, my husband wears them with a suit and tie for church and looks awesomely handsome!!
