Ordered 10/27, shipping label created 10/28 and never went any further and can't get in touch with anyone to get it fixed or refunded.

I bought this item on 11/28/2022 I asked that you the toiletry bag was not personalized with the letter T and when I received the item it had no T on the extra large hanging toiletry bag I'm sorry I've already repackaged it before I could take a picture

Good Size bag
Good size bag but very disappointed in the initial it is unreadable. Mine was a S and daughters C couldn't tell what letter it was. I would tell you not to spend extra on a letter.
