Great Quality
This shelf is made with great material. Looks great in my rustic themed bathroom. The only thing I did not care for, was the shelf is really deep, so anything you put in it, you cannot see.

Not that impressed.
So I bought this cause it was cute and it is. However, the design for adding the rolls of toilet paper is not that convenient. Number one issue the screws on initial use are rusted and hard to get off. Then if you are like me getting family members to replace the empty roll of tp on a regular toilet paper holder as been and issue, now with this one I know they never will as you have to take it off the wall unscrew both screws to remove the bar and then add new rolls of tp and the put back and tighten screw, then hang back on wall. I like a said it is really cute and looks nice in my bathroom, love the extra little shelf to decorate. But the design is not great and rusty screws. At least it holds two rolls tp...lol

The bar of which the toilet paper went on was rusted on the ends. The knobs that were used to screw into it would not come off due to rust. I finally got it off with pliers which took the paint off. I had to repaint and clean off the rust with a wire brush then used WD40 to hopefully stop rust and enable me to use when putting toilet paper on the rod. For the price I paid it should have been rust free.

I just received this in the mail today and the screws do not untwist at all to ads the toilet paper rolls. Do I need to use a certain tool?
Hi Emily,
You might try using pliers on the screws, they can sometimes have a little rust on them, which makes them hard to loosen.

How do I take the ends off to add toilet paper?

To add new paper rolls you need to unscrew the little metal balls at the end of the rod .
