I requested assistance with my $10 coupon code to use for ordering or a 'Courtesy Discount' code for shipping and handling and was blatantly told 'NO' on both, totally unacceptable for a Customer Service Dept. So sad and dismayed with this.

Disappointing
I wrongly assumed that the quilt pieces were each each individually cut pieces of wood pieced together in a frame. They are not, it is one solid piece with grooves cut onto the surface to make it appear that each piece is individual. The description does not clearly state this at all. It is a cheap faux piece. I was extremely disappointed as I really wanted an authentic pieced quilt wall hanging. Seriously considering returning if it's not too cost prohibitive.

It's beautiful! It will be perfect for the space, filling it with bold color and energy! After I use a waterproof protectant on it, it will hang outside on our covered deck.
