Beautiful Canvas but does not work
I received my holiday engraved canvas yesterday, this really is beautiful but (1) out of the (4) lights work. I contacted customer service today and ask if they could issue me a partial credit because I really to enjoy this picture. He responded with you can return it for a full credit. I really wish CountryDoor customer service could have worked this one out for me.

VERY NICE
I was very pleased with this canvas. I displayed it above the fireplace with a lovely wreath next to it. Was surprised how nice it fit in with my other decorations. The cost was pretty good, too.

Where is the switch for the lights is it on the side or is it in the back?
The switch is on the back you have to take it off the wall to turn it off and on

Just an on/off switch. I got mine last year but I am pretty sure they did not update this to add a timer.

Are the snowflakes also lit up too?
No the snowflakes do not light up--just the candles. The picture is very pretty.
I highly recommend it!
