Rated 1 out of 5 by from Crummy nightmare chair. Rock hard. Arrived torn. hard as a rock, arrived with a rip. The wrong instructions included a ghost or something because I ordered the power chair and I ended up with a manual chair with no side doodad to make it be Manual. Nothing can connect underneath to make anything do anything. And it stunk to high heaven. It's going back in the yard until I can figure out how to return it. Don't buy this. It's horrible. I can't do anything with it because I can't control it. I don't want to anyway. It's junk!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Remotely Acceptable Chair turns off intermittently while in use. We have to unplug to reset every time. Remote is cheaply/badly made. Otherwise, it was relatively easy to put together. Packaging was damaged and bracket for center poles were bent when opened too. Customer care was responsive to concerns, keeping the box just in case.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Clients Love this Chair! There are so many bad reviews regarding this chair. I'm a Licensed Esthetician/ Spa Owner and I needed something to keep My Clients comfortable while receiving Eyelash Extension Services/Facials, etc. These services can take up to 2 hours and a regular Massage Table wasn't cutting it. My Friend/Estie Bestie also has this chair, but she has the cloth one. Which she regrets due to it's hard to sanitize. I have the Leather version and it's very easy to sanitize and keep clean. My Clients are very happy, as they don't have to worry about back aches while getting services. I love this chair as well & have used it on numerous occasions with no issues. I'm hoping that I can keep this momentum going. The chair honestly took me 2 hours to put together and it took that long because I kept stopping to check my phone. I haven't had a problem with it. I Love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointed and Sad I purchased this chair because I have chronic back pain and felt extremely blessed full of pride and joy feeling the slight vibration began to touch my nerves for the first 25 minute cycle after coming from security job in severe back pain. Went to do another 15 it starts then stops 5 minutes in the middle so I said ok may just need to rest. Tried twice in 90 min; Daughters suggested I unplug everything; results same. This morning before I went to work tried again … only lights are in motion on the switch but NOTHING from the chair as before. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Question & Answer

1) Does this recliner allow a feet over heart position? 2) Has the motor been upgraded and other problems fixed to address bad reviews? 3)Do you offer adjustable"side car" desktop/laptop table allowing user to use laptop or Tablet in any recline position?

Asked by: MeUSA
We are very satisfied with our Powered Zero Gravity Chair, would recommend it and will 1) Yes, the recliner does allow feet-over-heart position 2) The motor has worked well since we bought and put it together 3) We don't have a "side car". Perhaps they are making one now. A NOTE: It comes in big heavy boxes 1) the individual pieces are heavy and more so as you put them together. 2) it required physical flexibility to put many of the parts together 3) it was quite complex (and took a few false starts) to put together the electrical/mechanical mechanism that operates the chair. 4) Though we finally did it the assembly was NOT quick and easy.
