It was good for the money-was missing three pieces
I would have given it 5 stars but it was missing the door at the top in the middle. We didn't need it as we put the dvd player there and its more accessible for the control without the door. It was also missing the two slats that are the shelves inside. So the two side compartments are giant opening. But my stepdad can make those from some spare wood and they won't be visible to visitors. If those three pieces had come I would have given 5 stars but they weren't deal breakers and not enough of a reason to pay to ship the return.

Horrible Paper covered particle board DONT BUY
Made of thin particle board covered in contact paper. Held together by pegs you screw into pre-drilled holes. If you put presser ANYWHERE you should not the pegs burst through the paper and can be secured. total waste of money. period. Returning it for a credit. DO NOT BUY

Difficult Assembly
The assembly for this fireplace media stand has been so difficult. The diagrams are confusing and there are NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS. The " wood" of the fireplace is soft and some parts arrived damaged. I would not recommend buying this product due to these shortcomings.

Very Small faux fire place
Not extremely excited about this purchase. Item is very small although it looks a nice size in the picture. Lesson learned: always look at the measurements!

Media Center
The media center was scratched up and one of the boards that goes on the front bottom was cracked a bit. The top center cubby door did not have the holes for the door brackets. There were not enough of the little screws, we managed to deal with the problems as we did not want to wait for a replacement and the hassle of returning it. So it's got a great electric fireplace that heats good and I am sorry to report the bad delivery. Thanks for asking.
