Received mixer today. I gave it two stars for the smoke grey color which is vibrant however the paddle attachments are not steel framed more on the plastic side. I decide to ty whipping egg whites to test. First the mixer is loud, the tilt head doesn't seem to reach downward enough, the initial start is too fast and the egg white did not peak quite right. Not worth the long-term investment and cost -short term maybe but for me will be returning and take the hit on return shipping which doesn't seem fair.

Love it
I bought this about a month ago. I first used it on just mixing and it did great and then I used it on my cinnamon rolls. I have arthritis and it's hard for me to stir and knead the dough. this mixer was such a huge help for me. Plus the price made it so I could afford it. You do have to stop the machine to add ingredients but I don't care. I love it, Thanks Ginny

A lot of different attachments for baking projects
The stand mixer is very useful. I’m a cake baker and it’s a great item to have when you mix a lot of cake , cookie , and brownie mixes. 7 grandchildren call for a lot of birthday cake work. This mixer is handling it well.
