Added a row of stitching.
The top opening for a rod is about 3 inches and i wanted it to ruffle at the top so i sewed a second row of stitching about 1 1/2 inches from the top. I put my round rod through the opening below that ( the second opening below stitching). Now i have a gathered ruffle at the top. Such pretty water colors !! Did not buy the teal header.
