Ratings & Reviews

Zero Gravity Chair is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 68.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Friends keep threatening to steal it! I actually bought this a c ouple years ago and I'm sorry I didn't write this sooner. The combination of massage and the tilt taking the pressure off my spine is fantastic! The only issue I have with my chair is that the heater seems to have quit working with in about a year. Everything else is going strong though & I'm very happy that you now offer it 5with a power recline. Time for an upgrade! *Several friends have tried the chair here and keep threatening to steal it. I'm thinking about raffling it off to get the upgrade!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Only for the modes I just purchased it and the zero gravity portion DOES NOT WORK PERIOD. You can't recline it in any position while sitting in the chair yourself. The knobs on the sides do not line up properly. The left one only goes in partially because the holes are not aligned. The right one goes in only 80%. If you get someone to hold it down, then that's the only way it works , but if you release it so you can get it to a sitting position it almost throws you out. Not a very good product for the money. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Zero Gravity Chair - for the price it's a 4 The instructions say to put your hands over your head to get the chair to go back but that doesn't work for me. I have to hold on to the armrests and push myself back, and then once in position have to hold the position with one hand while I screw in the knob on one side and then switch holding onto the other side while I screw in the knob on opposite side. Then you push on the button to extend the foot rest. The seat is rather firm/hard and I use a pillow instead of the headrest provided. I can't afford an expensive one and this chair does get me at the zero-gravity angle I want so for the price it's worth it if you can't afford a nicer one. The way the chair is constructed it doesn't allow the back of the chair to be straight when not in use, so it sits at an angle that makes it sit at least 18" (measured it) further back from the wall. That means the chair (from back to front) is about 47" to 48" from the wall. The massage is more of a pulse but since I have Fibromyalgia I don't use that because it would cause more pain, but if you like the pulse sensation you'll enjoy it. The heat button works too. Within a month or two I started receiving a boatload of unwelcome catalogs and now junk email is overwhelming my inbox daily. I'm use to sites that keep information private. I don't know if they warn you if you order online, but I happened to order by pone. When I called to see if they were the ones who released my information I was told they "rent" it and I asked for my information to be removed. This fact alone is enough for me to never purchase from them again. They should give you fair warning so you can decide if it's worth purchasing from them.
