Rated 1 out of 5 by jroe from Confusing instructions So I got the chair yesterday morning and I began assembling it. Due to the confusing instructions, I put the backrest where the foot rest goes and had to redo it. Then Once I got it all together I could not for the life of me figure out how to recline it or figure out how to attach the footrest to the reclining knob. This is the kind of thing that should be shipped already assembled or at least provide a video to show the proper way to assemble it. The massager works but is weak and the heat may work as well but I don't know how well yet as it remains untested.

Rated 5 out of 5 by karen77 from Meets all my needs! I bought this chair to replace a Homedics Tony Little chair that had been damaged. This had all the features I was looking for - zero gravity, heat and vibration, styling and cost. It was the only chair that I could find that met all those needs. It's comfortable and does what I need it to do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by DEE1 from Horrible chair This chair is very uncomfortable, hardly any padding. Very hard for a person who is disabled to recline by oneself. The chair won't go back unless someone helps person push it back! My husband can recline easily, I can not and need his help. Plus having to roll knobs on both side of chair to tighten and secure recliner in place is very inconvenient! I wish I would have known about this chair before I ordered it! Would never buy again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bob1 from Able to raise feet above heart. Bought this for what the title says and nothing more. I wouldn't buy this unless that is what you want. It does that just fine and I am very happy with that. I didn't think I would use the heat and massage but it is quite relaxing and better than I thought. Easy to put together. The chair is very light and moves quite easily almost too easy. It does not recline easy and smoothly but not a problem for me. It locks into place with a tightening knob on each side. Not a good system but I never use it. I am in either just the chair position or fully reclined. The cushion is too thin and I use an extra pad. If it lasts I will be very happy. They use Fedex for shipping and I am not a fan of them. It arrived ripped open on the side and the up arrpw pointing down. No damage though in shipping.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Linda Polley from Very Confusing I was prepared to adore this recliner, the first one I've ever owned and I'm 69. Unfortunately I got this in the middle of the pandemic. I have no one to help me put this together. Also the arms were scuffed up. I'm now trying to put it together myself, but the instructions don't seem to match the chair. I don't know what to do. I can't afford a box to send it back. I have no money to hire someone to help and no one would be allowed in my building. It looked like it would be very easy to put together. What can I do? I really want a recliner to help my edema. I never realized one could cause a living disaster like this. Sorry just being truthful here.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Carolyn from I love my chair This chair is exactly as I imagined it would be after reading the details on it. I don't know what everyone expects for the price but I love it. It is supportive of my back, I love all the functions. The foot rest is very easy to use. I love it all!

Question & Answer
Was given this but the remote control does not work. Is there a way we can get replacement parts for that? There is no where on the chair the brand name or the company label, so it took some searching to find this.
Hello Kim. We are sorry to hear the remote control is not working. Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can provide further assistance. Thank you!
