Non-stick sprays.
The products sold make great claims which can be good or not depending on use. When using a cooking spray on a pan, people are mistaken to think it is for the purpose of not letting your food stick to your pan, on the contrary. The purpose of the spray is to help the debris from the food not stick to the pan hence making your cleanup easier. By the same token, your pans should never stick, but on occasion with proper care. Factors to make food stick would include too hot temperatures, cooking too fact, too much/little oil(if require) or wrong oil, improper preparation before cooking etc. Lastly wear & tear on the pans plus using the wrong utensil. Give the sellers a break, they don’t manufacture these items, they just sell them.

After 4 uses I threw it out!
I am so disappointed in this pan. The first time I used it, it was great, no sticking. The second time I used it, a little sticking.Then I used a little Pam to cook a steak and that also stuck. Yesterday I fixed burgers and I coated this pan liberally with Pam. It was just like I had used nothing at all in it and everyone of the burgers stuck to it. It was a mess and after it cooled off I took it and threw it in my trash can.I am so disgusted!
