This classic dessert got its name because someone once said it was sweet enough to attract hummingbirds...but it's definitely not for the birds!
- A banana bread loaf is loaded with sweetened coconut, pineapple, pecans, nutmeg and cinnamon
- Topped with cream cheese frosting and toasted coconut
- 1 lb. 2 1/2-oz.

I bought the humming bird cake before Easter. My brother and I enjoy the cake with coffee. Good job on the cake. Sorry didn't take a photo of the cake. Thanks Lube.

Delicious !!!
This was my birthday cake ; even though it came the day after my birthday. Everything a Hummingbird cake should be. Expected the cake to be a lil bigger ; need to come in a larger size. Everyone I shared it with ( very lil ) stated how delicious it was. Most people never heard of this cake. Will be ordering again next year !!!!

packaging was aggravating
the packaging was a bit aggravating - this was a little bit dry on the ends but it was still sooooo good - think I have a NEW favorite - had just the right amount of fruit, nuts & coconut! I managed to eat the whole thing in a week! lol
