Definitely not room darkening
The fabric was thin and not room darkening as was as advertised. I'll find a use for it because it's really too much trouble to return a simple shade. Even though I didn't care for this particular item personally doesn't mean I wouldn't recommend the company or their merchandise to someone else.
I had no issues placing the order, the product arrived in a timely manner. It's just a matter of personal preference.

Nice curtains
They look good and are well made. I am surprised that the fabric strips to tie up the curtains did not allow them to be raised very high. I will rip the seam that holds down the tie up strip.Hard to explain but as is the curtain can’t be rolled up more than a few inches.

Hello. The Madison Room-Darkening Tie Shade can be lowered or raised manually by using the Tie Bands to tie where you would like them to hang.
