Will Slice through Cold Cuts Smoothly
I like this slicer because it is so portable. It came with a very sharp blade and is able to slice cold cuts very thinly. It is also very easy to disassemble for cleaning and the parts are dishwasher safe.

Nesco Slicer a Hit!
Excellent machine! Blade is a good size for home use. Easy to use, with the safety factors needed for this type of machine. I did add a pair of cut resistant gloves for added safety. I love it gives me the size and number of slices I need, while allowing me to buy my meat and cheese in blocks for added longevity.
