Country Door has the right to end the program at any time without providing written notice. Modification of these terms and conditions may only be made in writing by an authorized representative of Country Door. All interpretations of program terms and conditions shall be at the sole discretion of Country Door and such interpretations are binding on you. You are responsible for notifying Country Door of any change of address. Program Gift Certificates may be subject to federal, state or other taxes and such taxes are your responsibility.

A. Spend more than $300, net, within twelve months to be granted Elite status. You will receive Elite benefits within 60 days of designation.
Q. How does ELITE savings work?
A. Elite members periodically throughout the year receive an additional 10% off all clearance items. This discount is applied to merchandise total only and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, voucher or prior purchase. Certain items may not be eligible for discount.
Q. How do I apply my Rewards Promotional Gift Certificate to my purchase?
A. To redeem online, enter the Promotional Gift Certificate number during the checkout process. When making an order by phone, call 1-800-659-6473 and provide your Certificate number to an associate. When ordering by mail, include your Certificate with your catalog order form. You may apply your Gift Certificate toward merchandise, shipping, tax or any other charge related to an order. We will track the amount of your Certificate that has been redeemed and you may use any remaining amount on future orders. Sorry, Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.

A. There is no cash value under the Country Door Rewards Program and Country Door Rewards are not redeemable for cash, transferable or assignable for any reason. Resale of Country Door Rewards is prohibited. Country Door Rewards are non-returnable and non-refundable. Except to the extent required by applicable law, the Country Door Rewards are not redeemable for cash.
Q. Can I apply my Country Door Rewards to an existing purchase?A. No. You can only redeem your Country Door Rewards when you make a new purchase.
